      I went to Miyajima for Hatsumode on January 3rd. There were many passengers on the ferry, some of them tourists wearing furisode. When I entered Itsukushima Shrine, there were even more tourists. It was a pity that the torii gate was still under construction. I drew a fortune, but the result was not so good.      There were many food stalls there and I ate oysters. The oysters were olive flavored and very tasty. I bought some lemon cookies as a souvenir, which were very well received.

      I listened to a podcast about two students' favorite music. They talked about their favorite music in terms of their backgrounds. One person from Japan said she like j-pop music.
